Phantom FX needed an Production Tracking and Project Management application that will help them optimize, regularize & track their workflow.

I Lead the design operation for Thadam, being a solo designer gave me a lot of exposure in the product life cycle.

Requirement Gathering, User Research, Product Analysis, Defining product road map, Documenting the process.

Then designing layouts & screens, creating visual asserts, prototyping and presenting design options.

Finally conducting Usability Study during various phases of design & documenting all the design process and metrics.
